Calculus II with Proofs
0.50 FCE · St. George · Department of Mathematics · Term S
Description
A conceptual approach for students interested in theoretical foundations of mathematics. Attention is given to computational aspects as well as problem-solving techniques. Integration and applications, fundamental theorem of calculus, improper integrals, sequences and series, power series, Taylor's theorem and applications. This course will be useful for students interested in learning theoretical calculus and proofs in relation to future studies in computer science, economics, mathematics, physics, and statistics.
